“The Taking Chances World Tour” is the ninth concert tour by Canadian singer Céline Dion and her first tour in China and in Asia in 2008. In collaboration with Productions J, Orchimedia was responsible for international coordination to facilitate Celine’s concerts and media interviews.
IMAX builds on success of its Chinese partners to open 226 IMAX theatres in Greater China within only 1 year in 2012. How? Offering brand experience to Chinese moviegoers instead of selling equipments. In collaboration with Sid Lee, Orchimedia was responsible for Asian market insights, brand marketing and communications.
First direct flight positioning Montreal in the whole Asia. In collaboration with Aéroports de Montréal, Orchimedia was responsible for international business development and strategic negotiations aimed at reaching an agreement with a Chinese airline company. Air China operates weekly non-stop Montreal-Beijing flights since September 2015.
In collaboration with Broccolini, a 70-year old Canadian real estate developer, Orchimedia was responsible for China marketing of the tallest residential tower ever built in Montreal “Victoria sur le parc”. From traditional media to digital ones, our team makes sure of the alignment of this hi-end condo project’s brand positioning and creative content marketing.
A pioneer and pillar. In one of the articles written by Jack Welch, entitled "What it really takes to succeed?", It is suggested that thousands of books have been written by a myriad of experts that they have succeeded by the confidence they have had in them. True, strong belief is a cornerstone in this quest for success. More positively, I would rephrase to say that these leaders, like Chia-Yi Tung, have adopted a positive attitude in addition to being visionary! Trying to describe the entrepreneurial businesswoman that is Chia-Yi is like trying to describe a tornado: pictures are more fitting than words, and even more so as communication - notably graphic communications, therefore visual - is precisely one area of expertise in which she excels. As my former students at university, consultant colleagues or clients would tell you: I place the bar high and I don't praise easily, but the fact is that Chia-Yi is in a class of her own. Past herinterpersonal skills and charisma that create a very strong personality, we quickly see a talented person and a fighter that no-one and nothing can stop once she has her eyes on the prize.
